While visiting the Wilmington area I decided to see if I could get a haircut. Emily at Gloss was so good. She listen to my concerns and went above and beyond my expectations. Even knowing what I would like before I knew how to explain it. The atmosphere at Gloss was so nice. Very simple and classy not flashy! The hair washing room/station area was very relaxing. The head massage really elevated the experience . I visit the Wilmington area as often as possible and whenever I’m in the area I make sure I get an appointment with Emily.
