From the moment I walked in, everyone was super nice, the front desk ladies and the pet escorts but still I'll admit I was a little skeptical about leaving my little man for the 1st time but when the young lady came out to get him, his reaction told me he was going to be fine. When they called letting me know he was ready, I walked back in & Dr Kaur came out, explained every single detail they did.
