“I am so grateful for this hospital!! I took my miniature schnauzer to a different clinic and almost lost my dog! We currently live in Texas but are in the process of moving to Jackson. We decided to take Ziggy, my schnauzer, to Briarwood and it was the best thing we could have done! Ziggy needed to be neutered and needed several teeth removed. I spoke with Dr. Jones and explained to her all of my concerns from past experiences, she advised that she believed she could take care of Ziggy but there was a chance we could lose him due to him being an older dog (10 yrs old) but we had to take that chance because he was in pain and his testicle had become swollen. Dr. Jones was able to get Ziggy squared away and he is now the happy loving dog that we have always known. We have to go back to get some more teeth removed but we will wait until he is healed in a few more months. The staff have been so great, helpful and accommodating, with us in the process of transitioning. I have absolutely no complaints because she gave us our loved one back and for that we are forever grateful!!!“
“Took my dog to be groomed, staff was very respectful and took the effort to pronounce my dogs name correctly and treated her very kindly even when she was scared. Very empathetic and professional. The haircut was great, no patches or strange discrepancies. My god smelled great and seemed happy with the experience“

The front end girls are on top of the action, our Doc du jour, Dr. Ellis, made sure Edgar is up to date on all his well-baby shots, Peggy Sue is in charge of hospitality and it was a special pleasure to see Evan Tew. What Dr. Kennedy and Robin began in 1977 is moving forward to care for new generations of fur babies in the Jackson area.“
