Maurice Barber Shop was located in Highland Village the first time I got my hair cut there in 1970. My mother and I had just moved to Jackson and she insisted I get a haircut before starting Chastain Middle School.I noticed Maurice's when I moved back to Jackson in 2008. Different barber but same friendly, competant, service as I remembered from my youth.I can't think of a reason to go anywhere else for a haircut.

I started dealing with this company on a Monday for a busted pipe. Everything at first went well. The plumber came out and said a water clean up crew was needed and they could cone out the same day to start. I agreed and they ended up coming mid day that Tuesday. A few guys showed up, walked around and left without saying anything. I called the office Tuesday night asking for an update and was told the cleanup crew would be setting up Wednesday for the plumber to come out. I again agreed and waited until mid day Wednesday. Some guys came started setting up. I waited all day after that because one of the guys that was on scene advised me the plumber was on the way. Never showed up. I called the office again Wednesday night and they apologized for the lack of communication and said a plumber would be there between 1 and 3 Thursday. Thursday comes and some guy shows up very unprofessional. He just comes in and says I need to go to your laundry room. I ask him who is he and what is he doing. He says hold on then walks away. So now not only am I annoyed but now I'm suspicious because why can't you tell m e what you're about to do. Finally ge says he's setting up a tarp for the plumber to come later. This was around noon. I ask when the plumber is coming and he says he should be on the way. A little while afterwards I notice it's almost 3 and still no plumber or phonecall. I call the office AGAIN and they tell me, after several days of dealing with them, they don't have me on schedule. I told them I was told several times by several people I was supposed to be scheduled to have my repairs done. After being hung up on 2 times I FINALLY get an apology and told a plumber was on the way. When the plumber arrived he looked at the broken pipe and gave me several reasons why he couldn't fix it right away but reluctantly agreed to fix it. After 2 hours of repairs and $1200 later my pipes are STILL leaking and the plumber was long gone. He used my water pump to continuously suck up water from the still leaking pipes. I will never use this company for anything ever again.UPDATEMike and Shawn came back out saw the root issues and offered to fix everything for me. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and commend them for following through with the repairs for me.

Quality Appliance Repair in Jackson was the best home repair experience I have ever been a part of. I called on a Friday morning and needed service that day. I left a message and was contacted back within an hour. The contractor that called, Kevin, asked me the appropriate questions to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator and said he be there within an hour. He showed up in 45 minutes. He was professional, an expert, and personable. He had our refrigerator back up and running within an hour. He was honest and efficient. My experience was a 10 out of 10. Dr. Robert Neely & his staff healed my 7 year old daughter's fear of the dentist. Between their gentleness, kindness & the new technologies they use at this office, we had a wonderful visit that I couldn't be more grateful for. She had had some tough visits before we started seeing Dr. Neely but they really created an entirely different perspective for her & anyone that has a fear of dentists knows what a huge thing that is. They made room for her in an emergency for our first visit, were very thorough, I could give you an encyclopedia of reasons but I'll suffice it to say if you are in need of a dentist, this is definitely the place to go!

Dr Newman is awesome, he has fixed teeth for me that other dentists couldn't. He also does extractions, partials ect all out of 1 office. I normally have problems with novicaine not working right or wearing off too fast, but Dr Newman knows just how to do it and I don't feel a thing, & he also checks on me while he's working. His staff is also very nice & have slid me in during a couple of urgent situations. Their prices are also very afforable. I highly recommend Dr Newman & his team.

I started using Canton Road Veterinary Hospital out of convenience because I live nearby ... but stayed because of the wonderful care my dogs receive. Drs Dana Ford and Melissa Cefalu are fantastic as are the rest of the staff.I appreciate that they really listen when I discuss my dogs' health concerns and then offer multiple treatment options when appropriate. They take the time to explain the pros, cons, and costs of each option.Also, I find their pricing very reasonable compared to some other vets in the area.
Dr. Powell is the best. He has started taking care of my Murphy and I'm so glad I changed vets. He truly cares about your animals. The other one wanted to send me to MSU to have surgery to remove his eardrum. That would've been the last resort.
Dr. Jeane is very thorough and helpful. I am traveling and my cat has a serious condition. I was worried about trying to find a good vet. I wish I could bring him to Jackson for every doctor's appointment now.
I was faithful client and then HEATHER happen she was decent in the beginning but then I guess something happen and she was rude, became a liar because I didn’t cuss her out I maybe said hell and she hung up in my face after telling me things that I wasn’t clear about instead of handling the situation like a professional something she is not good at she handle it wrong. Now Andrea IS AWESOME and I’m go miss her fabulous self. But I see other reviews and Heather is a problem so why the staff or owner can’t see that but I’ll take my business elsewhere since my service was ended due to whatever lie Heather told.

Edgar and I always enjoy our visits to the Clinic, and, lately, it's even more pleasurable with the new decor. The front end girls are on top of the action, our Doc du jour, Dr. Ellis, made sure Edgar is up to date on all his well-baby shots, Peggy Sue is in charge of hospitality and it was a special pleasure to see Evan Tew. What Dr. Kennedy and Robin began in 1977 is moving forward to care for new generations of fur babies in the Jackson area.
The Staff @ Forest Hill Animal Hospital are Amazing. You have comfort in knowing your fur babies are in good hands. They take time to go over everything and the care for your fur babies like they are family. I would definitely recommend Foest Hill Animal Hospital. Hannah, Taco and Sasquash!
I wish I could give Dr. Ford and her staff a BILLION stars instead of just five because they are hands down THE BEST THERE IS. They saved my baby’s life. I have never met a more genuine, honest, compassionate doctor. I am blessed beyond measure to finally have someone to care for my baby as much as I do!. I cannot thank y’all enough for everything y’all did for us!. We will NEVER use another vet.

I am so grateful for this hospital!! I took my miniature schnauzer to a different clinic and almost lost my dog! We currently live in Texas but are in the process of moving to Jackson. We decided to take Ziggy, my schnauzer, to Briarwood and it was the best thing we could have done! Ziggy needed to be neutered and needed several teeth removed. I spoke with Dr. Jones and explained to her all of my concerns from past experiences, she advised that she believed she could take care of Ziggy but there was a chance we could lose him due to him being an older dog (10 yrs old) but we had to take that chance because he was in pain and his testicle had become swollen. Dr. Jones was able to get Ziggy squared away and he is now the happy loving dog that we have always known. We have to go back to get some more teeth removed but we will wait until he is healed in a few more months. The staff have been so great, helpful and accommodating, with us in the process of transitioning. I have absolutely no complaints because she gave us our loved one back and for that we are forever grateful!!!
