I've been using this store for a decade. Today was my last day using them. They took the price from $31 per night to $47. That's gouging. They now add a play fee regardless if you want your dog assimilated with other dogs. I've never had any problem with staff. It's the corporate call to raise prices. Goodbye
Took my dog to be groomed, staff was very respectful and took the effort to pronounce my dogs name correctly and treated her very kindly even when she was scared. Very empathetic and professional. The haircut was great, no patches or strange discrepancies. My god smelled great and seemed happy with the experience
