“I think I've been here enough times to give this place a review. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new gym. I know there's a lifetime nearby too but it's so ridiculously overpriced and I don't use all the amenities to validate going there (having been a previous member). I love that wild horse is just a 6 minute drive from the house. It's usually the hardest part of going to workout - getting there, but it's so easy and there's always a parking spot open close to the door (since weather is in single digits!!) I'd say I go during odd hours since I have a hybrid work schedule. 11:30-2pm have 12+ people but it's never too crowded that I have to wait for a machine to be free (excluding today where everyone collectively decided to workout arms like me!) and 4-6p is when it gets a little busier, I bet due to people getting off work and wanting to get their workout in. Machines are clean as well as locker rooms. Towels are always available once you walk down to the floor or hit up the locker room to put your stuff away. There are cubbies where you can quickly stash your belongings as well. There are also jacket hooks in the locker room for colder seasons. The staff are all nice and friendly! The members are too! There's a wide array of machines for every muscle or variations of ones you've probably seen at other gyms. A ton of life fitness machines, free weights, cables, treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, you name it, they've got it! Couples membership is around $130/month plus $100~ sign up fee Worth it to stay or get in the best shape of your life!“

“Anyone who attends regular Pilates lessons at this facility will truly be investing for their future. As a sufferer of osteoporosis and arthritis, the benefits have been quite outstanding for me. I have increased my bone density from osteoporosis to osteopenia in my back and to within the normal range in my hips. My arthritic knees have stopped hurting due to the leg muscles I have built up. This is definitely due to my Pilates lessons as I take no medications for these conditions. As an added benefit, my rib cage is more defined, the muscles I have built are long and lean and I am so much more flexible. I started with private lessons intending to move on to group lessons but the benefits I have had from individual attention and tuition have made me want to stick with one on one lessons. This is a warm and friendly studio where every client is made to feel valued and appreciated. I cannot recommend highly enough!“

“I have been going to Bodywise 1-on 1 over the years. I highly recommend. Skip is the owner and one of the trainers. He offers a highly personalized plan fitted towards your goals and body type. He provides a comprehensive outline to achieve your goals. He is extremely knowledgeable in the area of fitness. He understands how hard it is to loose weight and provides great advise and motivation. There are various personal training packages to choose from. I also participate in spinn classes to get my cardio in. I love the flexibility of the personal training sessions because my work hours change. Personal training sessions are available Monday through Saturday as early as 5am. They offer spinn classes on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm. The classes are no joke, you will definitely achieve a great cardio workout with laughs and more within that hour.“

“Just turned 50 and I while I was strong (had been working out for years with weights and using fitness tapes), I started to be more sore, having difficulty bouncing back, etc. Suzy was recommended to me and I'm so glad she was. She helped me identify what I was doing "wrong", e.g., holding my body incorrectly, using weights incorrectly, stressing my knees unnecessarily, etc. Who knew? The stuff that doesn't bother you at 20 feels lousy at 50! She mixes Pliates with conventional weights to suit my needs, body type, and weak areas--like my knees. She even identified the source of much of my knee pain--knots in my legs above my knees. By rolling that area my knees are 75% better and I am going t the chiropractor far less. I know this sounds crazy but it's true. I am in far better shape now than in my 30's, not as sore, and I am far stronger than ever. I highly recommend her.“
“Daisy is fun, energizing and easy to follow. Her Zumba classes are full of energy and great music! She makes it easy to follow if you're just starting out and fun moves if you are more advanced. She always has a positive energy and a smile on her face! Her yoga classes are great for all levels. I have been doing yoga for about six years now and she challenges me but also explains the poses in detail. She has helped me improve my practice in the way she explains the proper form and benefits of each pose.“
