“John's hvac has been my service go to for quite a few years so naturally when I needed to replace furnace and ac I called them . Not only did they do a fantastic job they went over and beyond as some carpentry work was also involved as well. Their techs fixed things I didn't know about and extremely pleasant to work with. THEY ARE THE BEST in Springfield and also reasonably priced. Shouldn't tell this as might be more difficult to get my name on the list next time I need them.“

You check all the stuff you know to check (which really means you just make sure the thermostat is set correctly and the breaker hasn't been tripped.) “I am so appreciative of Zeb and the great service I receive always from Lorenz. Zeb was able to diagnose my issue of low water pressure in my kitchen that I had for years. He pretty quickly discovered it was an issue with the faucet and components. He shopped for replacement parts and with the cost of just that, I decided to get an entire new faucet. I had a recent surgery so Zeb offered to shop faucets for me. Yes, it cost a little more for the extra time, but he got just the right one, brought it back, and installed it. Other local AC companies in the area declined the opportunity after looking at it. Major duct modification was required to fit the new equipment in which Skaggs completed without a problem. Bottom line, I was impressed with the skill level, professionalism, and can do attitude of all Skaggs employees involved with this project.
