Our basement dryer was getting hot but not drying. The guys were able to come out the same week I called. They did a great job clearing the whole vent out - it was completely blocked! - and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience.

Very positive experience from onset to completion! Initial call regarding the environmental duct cleaning services with EA manager Bruce, went well, as we discussed my needs, and very informative. Scheduled date did not take long, priced well, and the workers were right on time. Kudos to Jason the lead, extremely knowledge, well spoken, who answered every question I had; and there were several, and Tommy who was the sweetest young man, and had my registers/returns spotless after the 5 hour job. Enviro-Air just cleaned our ducts and vents after a remodel and I'm so glad I chose them for the job. Because we have 4 units, it was a 4 guy job. Instead,I requested 2 guys for two days so that I could "manage" the job. After the first few hours of day 1, I knew Jason and Tommy didn't need "managed". They were knowledgeable, experienced, professional, courteous, communicative, informative, patient, and accommodating... and did a stellar job. They showed me before and after pictures and I was pretty shocked to see how much dust was in our ducts, not to mention the 2 mice that had moved in and died in the one unit we had turned off for the remodel.
