Skaggs heating and Cooling took on the task of replacing an aging heat pump and air handler that is located in tight quarters and difficult to access. Other local AC companies in the area declined the opportunity after looking at it. Major duct modification was required to fit the new equipment in which Skaggs completed without a problem. Bottom line, I was impressed with the skill level, professionalism, and can do attitude of all Skaggs employees involved with this project. Communications with Skaggs concerning job status, etc also exceeded expectation. We are very satisfied customers and Skaggs Heating & Cooling just moved up to number one on our AC call list. I give Austin, Daniel and Ethan 5 stars on my new Heating and air. Austin was very informative and explained everything in detail. Daniel was able to explain why the flue was placed in front of my hot water heater since I converted to high efficiency. The only thing I can recommend is that Jason Service man who came out for my quote should of let me know that the flues would of been placed or might be placed in front of my hot water heater. Hot water heater could of been replaced prior since it was installed in 2003. Otherwise I’m happy and glad to have some cool air again. Thank you guys for a job well done.Services: Installation

Daniel and his crew were great to work with! They arrived on time and did an excellent job! They cleaned up the area and hauled off old equipment. Daniel went the "extra mile" after the service by calling back to answer a question we had. He was very prompt in getting back with us... his customer service is top notch! We won't hesitate to recommend Skaggs to family and friends. I would give review 6 stars if it were an option.GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!
