“I felt the need to leave a review because the reviews on this place are horrible, and that was not my experience at all/I almost didn’t come here because of it.1. I am thankful that they have appointment times. Who has time to “walk in” and sit in a waiting room for an unknown period of time? If you feel like you need to be seen immediately or your illness is time sensitive then you should go to an emergency department not an urgent care.2. If you are seeking services for a child, there are several pediatric urgent cares in the area that are specialized/well equipped to handle these types of patients.3. My experience: as soon as I walked in, Cierra greeted me, and I didn’t even have to sit down, she brought me straight back to registration. I was then roomed and seen by the tech for vitals. While vitals were being done the nurse (Heidi) came in to get my history. I don’t think I even waited five minutes to be seen by the nurse practitioner Debbie, who was very nice and thorough. I was in and out and under 30 minutes. I will be back.“

“I have been seeing Dr.Layugan for a couple of years now for general health issues ranging from acurte to chronic. She always takes my input into account and often has morte than one way to try to reach the desired goal. The staff is friendly and it is never a negative experience when I have a visit. Either scheduled or emergency.“

“On Saturday 6/8/2024 my husband was stung on ankle by what we are thinking was a wasp or hornet. Been stung a dozen times but this time was different! He immediately started breaking out in whelps/hives/redness over entire body. As a nurse I knew this was not good! Stopped at TAUC in Oakville and was sent away as we didn't have appointment. She did call the Afton TAUC and they were able to see us!! Walked in and was in room in 5 minutes with evaluation completed and blood drawn. About 15 minutes after arrival my husband went into ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK! Thank GOD we had the team we had as they saved his life. They administered EPI and steroids and they SAVED HIS LIFE! EMS took him to MERCY shortly after this happening. If we would have checked in ER he might have been sitting in ER waiting area waiting to be seen! We were in the right place at the right time! THANK YOU THANK YOU for saving my husbands life!! Thank you Afton EMS for being so wonderful with him too!!“

“Very nice office with very nice people. I waited less than 10 mins to see the doctor. The nurse took my vitals and Dr Yeager came in right after her. He listened to my issue, asked some questions, examined me, and prescribed the appropriate medication for my issue. It's good to know they're there on days when you can't get in to see your regular primary.“
