“I don’t leave reviews often but this one is well deserved. Everyone at Urgent Care for Kids was so very friendly, compassionate, and professional. We were seen almost immediately and my son was treated promptly. At no point did we feel rushed as I often do during doctor visits - the NP spent the extra time to show us how to use the nebulizer and made sure we our questions were answered and we were set up to care for our little following his RSV diagnosis. I sure hope we don’t need to utilize their services again anytime soon, but if we are in need I would definitely not hesitate to return.“

“Made a quick appointment online. Walked in. Waited 3-4 minutes. Then we were taken back to an examination room, where a Nurse Practitioner WAS WAITING. Discussed symptoms. NP gave a look. Took a throat swab. Waited 5 minutes, and confirmed strep throat. Prescription, instructions and we were on our way. VERY efficient. VERY thorough. VERY friendly. We were walking about about 10-15 minutes after we walked in. (note: We have been to "other" Urgent Care facilities that were definitely NOT "urgent"). This SSM facility (Wentzville Parkway) is now our GO-TO facility. Thank you to all of the staff.“
