DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! THESE PEOPLE ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! 2.5 months to get an apt. OK... Then day of they call and cancel it on me. They were nice enough to let me reschedule it. They told me next avail would be 2.25 months. So right at 5 months just to get in. Would've been nice to know something 2 months ago!!! That way i could've scheduled an apt with a real doctor. I should've known better when I figured out it was in an urgent care office. DON'T WAST YOUR TIME!

I felt the need to leave a review because the reviews on this place are horrible, and that was not my experience at all/I almost didn’t come here because of it.1. I am thankful that they have appointment times. Who has time to “walk in” and sit in a waiting room for an unknown period of time? If you feel like you need to be seen immediately or your illness is time sensitive then you should go to an emergency department not an urgent care.2. If you are seeking services for a child, there are several pediatric urgent cares in the area that are specialized/well equipped to handle these types of patients.3. DO NOT SCHEDULE AT THIS FACILITY FOR URGENT CARE APPOINTMENTS; SSM Urgent care in Arnold bills under SSM St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, MO and NOT as an urgent care facility.Would give 0 stars if possible.In January I visited this facility and ultimately got a nasal swab for a flu test. It was the closest "urgent care" to me at the time and it was listed as in network for my insurance. However upon receiving my bill statement, I was easily charged over 3X the expected bill for an urgent care would have been. I was assessed almost $300 for a flu test and almost $500 for the office visit, prior to any insurance adjustments. That's almost $800 charged to me before insurance...read full review
