“Not sure why Yelp is recommending reviews from out of Krinkie's service area? We needed to update our AC and furnace, and wanted to go with a heat pump. Everything we read said that the quality of the installation was as critical as the equipment. Had three estimates, felt Krinkie's was most knowledgeable and thorough, and they did a great job! We had a small problem the next day (our fault, not theirs) and they fixed it quickly. Rebate was processed and they gave us everything needed for our taxes. Very pleased with our experience!“

We had several other companies out that day too, just to get opinions and costs. We ended up deciding to go with Furnance Doctors because they had the best pricing, so I called Friday night after hours, and again, I was able to speak to someone. He scheduled an appointment for 9am on Monday to have it fixed. It only took them an hour to replace our blower motor, and control panel! I would highly recommend going with them. Totally satisfied with the unit, workmanship and professionalism. he took the time to explain about any questions that we had, and was pleasant the whole time. We had an issue with a circuit breaker tripping recently on the A/C. John came out and spent over an hour checking out the unit. It checked out great.
