Everything we read said that the quality of the installation was as critical as the equipment. Had three estimates, felt Krinkie's was most knowledgeable and thorough, and they did a great job! “From start to finish we had a great experience with WHN. Our first contact was with Jon, and he was friendly and responsive, and really went above and beyond to help us with the process of replacing our broken, unrepairable water heater. He went through and explained all of the options to us. He was even willing to help us with the process of submitting documents to our home warranty company, which was a headache but he never complained. They were able to get out to our house the next day to replace our water heater. Our tech, Bruce, was friendly, communicative and efficient. We thought the price was fair, too. We can't recommend WHN highly enough!“

“These guys are great! We had a portion of sewer line break and needed to be repaired under our driveway. They clearly communicated what costs would look like depending on what route they needed to go for repairs (1 hole vs. 2). While onsite for the repair, they had consistent communication on when water would be shut off and what they needed. Luckily they were able to get the job done with only 1 hole needing to be opened. I hopefully will never need to use their services again, but will be my first call if I have issues again with my sewer line. Thank you!“
