First impression was very positive. Dan was professional, explained everything, seemed honest and didn't pressure us.Adding to this post...we hired them to reline our sewer because of road construction in front of our house. Many neighbors in our neighborhood used them as well. I talked with some city officials who also recommended them and two other companies. They gave us a video of the finished product. They were professional. Would recommend.

From beginning to end, Marvel was just great. Other services —the big ones that advertise on TV— said my son's sewer absolutely could not be lined and would have to be dug up and entirely replaced for $20K. Marvel said it could be lined (where a plastic liner is installed inside the old pipe) and the City inspector said it was a really great liner (CIPP) job. Marvel's cost -$9250!Pia, in the front office was super helpful both before and after. Greg and Joe, who came out to do the liner, knew I was interested in the process and called me downstairs to see the interesting bits. Both were friendly and polite and obviously very skilled.
