“I brought my sweet girl Qiqi in for surgery to remove a tumor on her side. She unfortunately passed away a few days after due to complications during recovery; the surgery itself went fine, the stress of everything was just too much for her poor little body to handle. Cedar Pet Clinic was wonderful throughout everything. Everyone was kind, and extremely helpful when I had questions. They did everything they could to help her, and even managed to get me in very last minute when her condition continued to worsen. My experience with the clinic made her passing a lot less painful; I will definitely continue bringing my pets here, and have since recommended this clinic to another friend who owns exotic pets! <3“

Dr. Sally Prince was amazing, and deserves all the praise in the world. She followed up to see how Bella was doing, and I could genuinely tell her and the staff loved what they did. They treated my dog amazingly and I’m surprised I even got her out the door! She loved them all. 10/10, 100% recommended. If you care about your animals, bring them here!“

“I have been using this clinic for over 20 years. Their vets are always very caring, listen to your concerns and treat your pets as if they were their own. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and responsive. Across the multiple vets they have many specialties, so almost all health concerns can be handled in their own office.Update - My two new cats just went in for their first annual wellness checks and vaccine boosters. Within minutes of checking in, the office staff had us in a freshly cleaned exam room. The Veterinary Assistants that first stopped in to get our details and weights and temperatures on my cats were very friendly. Dr Foster was the vet that did the exams and gave the shots. As always he was great with my cats (they didn't even notice the injections) and he addressed one of my concerns very thoroughly. Thank you Southview Animal Hospital!“

They were able to fit my pup in for surgery with only a weeks notice and when I brought her in, they noticed something else she would need surgery on. They were able to do everything she needed all in that one visit, sparing her an extra dose of anesthesia and extra stress. I've met with a couple of the vets and they were both patient with me, answering any questions I had, breaking down prices, and treated my pup with love and care.“

After 20 years at our current place they had evolved to the point where it felt like they never looked up from their computers when I came in with my cats, and that just didn't feel great. I get it, documentation and process is important, but my fur babies deserve at least a hello or welcoming glance.I gave NSP Animal Hospital a shot because they're super close to my house, so less time stressing out my pets, and convenient for me!I AM SO GLAD TO BE HERE.I have been blown away by the level of service. My cats get more follow up phone calls about their health than I do as a human patient!!!
