I was in the market for a new vet. After 20 years at our current place they had evolved to the point where it felt like they never looked up from their computers when I came in with my cats, and that just didn't feel great. I get it, documentation and process is important, but my fur babies deserve at least a hello or welcoming glance.I gave NSP Animal Hospital a shot because they're super close to my house, so less time stressing out my pets, and convenient for me!I AM SO GLAD TO BE HERE.I have been blown away by the level of service. I have been taking my dog Kirby here for 7 years now and my family has brought all our dogs here for longer than that. Staff and doctors are always kind, compassionate and professional. Highly recommended!

I'm seeing all the negative reviews about costs. I called about 10 different vets to get my dog to be seen, this was the most affordable office visit fee. I didn't have any other services besides the visit, so I guess I cannot say about other costs. I should also mention that this was one of a few that could see her right away. Workers were nice, vet was knowledgeable. Check in for appt was a breeze and was seen quickly. I will definitely go here again if urgent need is necessary.
