“If I could, I would give them stars infinite. I've been a dog owner/lover most of my 61 years. Since being a resident of Minnesota since 1980, I've been through 5 different vets. In my opinion and the experiences I've had in the past, I have yet to find a collection of a staff that has exceeded my expectations more than this group at TLC. My best friend needed a little extra handling by a confident, yet caring group of professionals that are the epitome of veterinary services. I want to give them as much credit for their tremendous and compassionate care with my buddy. It isn't a coincidence because of my dog or myself. I know they are as genuine as you can get. “I have been using this clinic for over 20 years. Their vets are always very caring, listen to your concerns and treat your pets as if they were their own. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and responsive. Across the multiple vets they have many specialties, so almost all health concerns can be handled in their own office.Update - My two new cats just went in for their first annual wellness checks and vaccine boosters. Within minutes of checking in, the office staff had us in a freshly cleaned exam room. The Veterinary Assistants that first stopped in to get our details and weights and temperatures on my cats were very friendly. Dr Foster was the vet that did the exams and gave the shots. As always he was great with my cats (they didn't even notice the injections) and he addressed one of my concerns very thoroughly. Thank you Southview Animal Hospital!“

“I was in the market for a new vet. After 20 years at our current place they had evolved to the point where it felt like they never looked up from their computers when I came in with my cats, and that just didn't feel great. I get it, documentation and process is important, but my fur babies deserve at least a hello or welcoming glance.I gave NSP Animal Hospital a shot because they're super close to my house, so less time stressing out my pets, and convenient for me!I AM SO GLAD TO BE HERE.I have been blown away by the level of service. My cats get more follow up phone calls about their health than I do as a human patient!!!
