“We were referred to Blue Pearl internal medicine by our vet for our 18 year old cat. We worked with Dr. Mourning who offered very compassionate, realistic, helpful, strategic advice and a good plan. I definitely recommend her. Our vet was closed when it was eventually time to help say goodbye to our sweet boy so we went to Blue Pearl for that. Staff was very kind, gentle and efficient. My only concern is that front desk staff told us later on that the cat was cremated by Gateway in Canada, then retracted that by saying it was local but was unsure of the cremation location/details. We were shocked at the possibility that it could be Canada but called after holidays to gain clarification and were connected to the local cremation organization that is overseen by the Canadian headquarters. Staff should all be informed of these details for clients processing the loss of a loved one.“

“Dr Thornquist is the best vet I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I think she loves my dog(s) nearly as much as I do! She was a godsend with my last dog who lived with a deadly chronic illness that needed daily and monthly meds. She helped me help Maia. She is an incredible blessing.“

The staff here are patient and understand his energy and deep neeeeeed for everyone’s attention (he’s super outgoing). He’s always excited to go to the Vet and see his friends. “Dr. Michelle Donald is an amazing veterinarian! Her staff are equally wonderful and this is a well run, efficient, and professional veterinary service. They squeezed me in at the last minute with a very sick 4 1/2 pound Chihuahua. Dr. Donald explained everything as we went along, and was very reasonable in the tests that she recommended. Extremely transparent with procedures and pricing. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.“
