We've taken our four cats here for years and have always been treated with kindness and efficiency. After thorough exams, the friendly staff was always able to discuss treatment options and itemized billing - which was absolutely appreciated. (When you are a one income family with four kids and four cats and a bunch of reptiles to all keep healthy, it's beneficial to know what options are available.)

Our dogs normally go to a different animal clinic, but it was full on busy. Our aging dog (almost 17) had symptoms that we didn’t see as an emergency, yet we believed he needed to be seen quickly. They got him in the next day, quickly but thoroughly assessed his health, and gave us the unfortunately sad news in a direct, tactful, compassionate manner. Thank goodness for their help and care!
