“Greg came out within a couple hours of my calling him to unplug our kitchen sink drain. He was friendly and offered tips to keep the drain free flowing. He had the drain unplugged in short order. He also answered my questions about the longevity of our water heater and softener, and said they probably won't need to be replaced for a number of years because they are reputable brands. He checked out the sump pump brand too, and recommended a backup system that would still work during a power outage. Bottom line: he did the work quickly and effectively, and provided useful information about future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!“

We have been customers and appreciate when a business comes through with not only solving our problem, but also having spectacular customer service on top of it. “We had a plumbing emergency with a hot water supply line brass fitting clamp that failed. It what easy to schedule an online appointment on the website and Dave came out first thing the next day. The exact location of the failed fitting was not immediately known, but Dave figured it out and replaced the bad parts and got our water back up in running the same morning. Dave is easy to work with and does good work at a reasonable price. I recommend Twin City Pipeworks.“

“After I discovered my 18-year-old water softener was leaking in September, I called Keith Nelson Plumbing. DJ visited the same day, diagnosed the problem, and suggested it was time for a replacement. He returned the next day with Jim & Justin to remove and replace the old water softener. They gave me a mini tutorial on how the new softener works and how to fill it.While they were here, we discussed my water heater (also 18-years-old) and decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater the following week, but not before DJ presented me with three written detailed replacement options with prices, listing the pros and cons for each. I believe he also consulted with a manufacturing rep to make sure I was getting the correct size and type for my needs.DJ, Jim, and Justin returned the following day to explain how the water heater works and showed me how to program the various modes. DJ returned two days later to recheck the water temperature.They also installed a new touch kitchen faucet. DJ & Keith provided thorough instructions on how it works and how to prolong the battery life.In addition to installing the new appliances, DJ provided me with a completed rebate form (for the water heater) and an AHRI certificate for my specific water heater to send to Xcel Energy.
