“Another great visit by a great company. Called for a no cool and they were able to fit us in the same day within several hours. We were also able to get our maintenance done at the same time. We have been customers and appreciate when a business comes through with not only solving our problem, but also having spectacular customer service on top of it. We have had technician Mike out to our residence multiple times and he’s treated us with the utmost respect, while still making us feel at ease even in an emergency. “I called Rumpca Services this morning at around 10:30 am to check our water heater because the pilot light kept going out over the last four days. They had a technician out to my house by noon. He diagnosed the problem and told me the options were to fix the gas valve or replace the water heater because it was 14 years old. I felt the best option was to replace the water heater before something else went wrong with it because they only last for 15 years.
The technician had the new water heater in and heating up by 1:00pm. That’s only two and a half hours from the time I first called. That’s fast!
We will use Rumpca Services again in the future when we need something done fast and done the right way. Thank you.“

“I had called Thursday night because our air wasn't working. The guy who answered the phone was super helpful, and sent someone out the next morning at 9am. We had several other companies out that day too, just to get opinions and costs. We ended up deciding to go with Furnance Doctors because they had the best pricing, so I called Friday night after hours, and again, I was able to speak to someone. He scheduled an appointment for 9am on Monday to have it fixed. It only took them an hour to replace our blower motor, and control panel! I would highly recommend going with them. They had the best pricing, by a lot, and the turnaround time was extremely fast. We appreciate it!“

“I highly recommend MD’s Heating and Air Services LLC! I had a few bids with other companies that priced me high and were not very informative or friendly. I then researched and discovered MD’s services my area in St. Paul and reached out for a bid on a new AC unit. “We called Tim Johnson to get a quote on replacing our AC system that is 30 years old and needed a repair. Tim took a look at them and told us that the system was fine and we shouldn't replace them until they stop working. He saved us $14,000 which another company was quoting to replace a perfectly good AC system. He only charged us $600 for making the repairs. That's a third of what the other company was going to charge us. He was very polite and showed up when he said he would. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.“
