“John was wonderful! He was professional, thorough, great to chat with, and does honest work. We called the morning of due to no hot water. He called us back quickly and said he could squeeze us in between some other jobs. He fixed our igniter and recommended getting a water heater with in the next 1-2 years. Ours was 43 years old and he said they typically run about 20 years. We will definitely be calling him back for that service! Highly recommend!!“

I was like yes. This was in August 2021 the week it felt like 200 degrees. His grandkids installed the A/C. They did a great job and answered all my questions. Cities 1, another of St. Paul's finest, bought Forrest Heating a couple of years ago, and still answer the phone number Forrest put on their stickers for years! With boilers being pretty common in St. Paul, it's good to see the reigns were passed to another boiler-savvy outfit.“
