Initially, we were skeptical due to past experiences with other HVAC companies, but from the first interaction, we knew we were in good hands.<br><br>Joel, the first technician who inspected our AC, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely had our best interests at heart. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood our options. Rachel, the office manager, was also a pleasure to work with.<br><br>When it came time to install the new AC, the owner himself came to do the job. His expertise was evident. The installation process was smooth, and the quality of work was top-notch.<br><br>In addition to how great they were to work with, one thing that really stood out was how open and clear they were with the estimate. We’ve dealt with other companies in the past who used bait-and-switch tactics, but that was not the case here. We felt confident that we were getting an honest deal, with no hidden surprises.<br><br>Overall, our experience was excellent from start to finish.
