Dmitriy from Appliance Pro was absolutely wonderful! He was efficient and took his time to explain the problem with our microwave. He answered all our questions and fixed our appliance. Highly recommend him for any appliance issues!

Dmitri arrived on time, fixed the problem, showed and explained what the problem was, and waited for awhile to make sure everything was ok. Was also happy to get an appointment scheduled for the morning after I called.

Just had our second refrigerator repaired by Dmitriy. First one had electrical issue a few months ago and latest one an inside leak. Both repairs were timely and a good value. For example, he fixed the electrical issue by soldering a couple replacement parts rather than the whole control board many repair services would normally do, saving $ for the customer. I keep his card handy now.
