“The yoga instructors are well educated and passionate about the traditional yogic approach with a modern spin. I like the classes that are more mindfully focused (typically I practice under Kelsey and Brian), that being said I'm always shown beginner, intermediate and experienced variations of postures so I can customize my experience. The space is welcoming and the instructors push you to learn and experience yoga in a safe and secure environment. I always recommend Red Lotus to new and experienced people practicing yoga. ?♀️“

“I have worked with Rebecca, Nichole and Naomi and cannot say enough good things about them and their skills at making me feel terrific after they work magic. They have a wide array of techniques and skills for all of my ailments and are careful and considerate of my limitations including full lumbar fusion and laxity in shoulder joints. I am a physical therapist myself and will not let just anyone work on me. The lymphatic work I've had has worked wonders on my peripheral nerve pain and has given me information to bring back to my doctors.<br>They are professional and the place is very clean.<br>I have recommended patients and family get treatments from them and they have all had great reviews. Again, I am as picky as they come when it comes to body work.<br>Another thing I love is that they have great recommendations for what is needed for my particular issues yet are not like other places and do not constantly talk about booking future sessions during treatments. They are not salesmen. I have been to other places that do not stop trying to sell me while I am on the table. They focus on the task at hand and I leave feeling great and cared for. “I had a Swedish massage with Tessa today and it was so good! I am very picky with massage therapists because I studied massage for a short time myself and I would definitely go back to Tessa! She found my inflamed muscles right away and worked on them. She even found muscles that I did not know were causing a tingling sensation in my right arm. She worked on those muscles and told me to ice them at home. A really fabulous hour!!!“

“Back in September, I came to one of the dinners to show support for a family member, and yet, during the presentation I found myself raising my hand to some of Nicole's questions, nodding, and even tearing up. I knew that this journey here at the WTI was one I needed to explore, because that day, for the first time in a while, I ended up feeling as if there was a "glimmer of hope".... for myself.Before joining the program I experienced a lot of "crumby" feelings: from frequent headaches & migraines, debilitating tension, bouts of unexplained anxiety, to irritable bowel flare-ups. I felt as if there were more bad days than good. I was miserable. Looking back I realize that I wasn't living life to the fullest. I dreaded making plans with anyone because I never knew how I was going to feel. There were so many times that I'd be excited about something but then I would have to cancel because my body was hurting in some way or another. It's understandable that over time, with this type of pattern, the invitations eventually stopped coming.I'm learning and have learned so much from the WTI team. I'm a visual and hands-on learner so the cooking demos, the handouts, and yoga classes have all been very helpful. This is one of the reasons I'm confident that I'll be able to continue with my healthier-me journey because the information presented; the "whys", the "whats", and the "hows" are all laid out nicely and make sense.Through the guidance and support of my WTI team, I've been able to stop relying on prescription medications, ("oral Band-Aids") and can proudly say that it has been a little over 7 months since needing refills on any of them, including the beta-blocker! I have built a healthier relationship with food and have even identified a few that cause sensitivities. I've finally kicked the unhealthy relationship that I formed with caffeine; I used to drink 2-3 energy drinks and at least a couple of cups of coffee with copious amounts of flavored creamer, daily. I don’t need it and realize that there are so many better choices out there.Since joining & completing the program: I've also lost about 16 pounds, am much more hydrated, my skin looks brighter, and all around I'm starting to feel better. I've started venturing out, planning engagements and committing to plans again. I've found a new love and appreciation for yoga, as well as deep breathing. I know that I'm a work in progress and that this is something I'm mindfully going to need to stick with, but that doesn't scare me. What scares me (or scared me) was the thought of forever feeling the way that I did before.Today I feel hopeful, unstuck. I feel as if I'm starting to take back my life, I'm starting to actually live it.Thank you all for the knowledge, courage & support you've given me throughout these last few months. “This is my Detroit yoga studio. My home base is Phoenix AZ. I really love this studio. Great classes, excellent and attentive instructors and inviting, kind, helpful staff. Over the last 18 months I've taken at least fifty classes here with a variety of instructors. The classes and instructors are consistently and appropriately challenging and fun and my fellow yogis make it a great community experience.“
“We went to the pub for a celebratory dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the open air dining in the upstairs of the pub. We had excellent customer service from Nick, and amazing food and drinks. Members of our party raved about the Graceful Orchid, Strawberry Boost, and Tempting Bulliet. Entree favorites were the filet, steak frites, Terry's fried chicken, and pork chop. Fantastic food!“
“I have only successfully attended two classes, but I must say that I can tell the difference it has made in body. I have multiple sclerosis and it has been a roller coaster of a journey navigating the last 30+ years. The stretching and breathing that is done during the class help me to connect with my mind body and soul by being completely present. I have been told by medical professionals that my core is extremely week which aids in my balance issues. My upper extremities are weak and tend to spasm. Strengthening my core along with my upper/lower body is helping me with my balance and weakness issues. As I stated it's only been a very short period of time and my body has responded very well to Pilates. I cannot wait to experience all of the amazing benefits that Pilate exercise has to offer. This is one of the best decisions that I have made! I would highly recommend Pilates!“

Also, I had a complicated billing issue that District Director Andrew P. handled very calmly, professionally and expeditiously which I greatly appreciated. “Visited this location because I was staying in town. Definitely not as clean or tidy as my typical LA but I do feel it could be worse. Hopefully just understaffed is the reason. Bathrooms weren’t sparkly clean but good working equipment for the most part“

Neatly maintained and I feel safe, they are following all health safety precautions related to pandemic.<br>Cleaning sprays are available for everyone and the instruments are marked to maintain social distance. I was barely able to get a hold of the front desk or anyone else and she was the only one I could feasibly get a hold of. Even though she should not be the only one answering she would pick up the phone and was always courteous and helpful.<br><br>In the end, she did not directly fix the issue I was having but put me in the right direction of who to contact (and the problem was resolved). She is a great asset to the Troy location.“
