I have only successfully attended two classes, but I must say that I can tell the difference it has made in body. I have multiple sclerosis and it has been a roller coaster of a journey navigating the last 30+ years. The stretching and breathing that is done during the class help me to connect with my mind body and soul by being completely present. I have been told by medical professionals that my core is extremely week which aids in my balance issues. My upper extremities are weak and tend to spasm. I am very glad that I joined Club Pilates. I have been there for a few months now, and I love it. I feel great afterward, and I definitely see a change in my body. I highly recommend trying a free class there and possibly joining.

I have absolutely loved Club Pilates! The instructors are amazing & so is the front desk. I was a little nervous about the waitlist situation when I first started but trust the process and you will get in!Highly recommend, and I’m thankful for my progress!
