Love the mommy and baby classes. Instructors are engaging and fun. On top of yoga, they incorporate music, songs and free play for the kids. Great thing to do to get out of the house with your little one, especially during the colder months!

I had enjoyed taking my baby to Baby Yoga. The room is clean and offers small group classes making it comfortable to take my young baby to. I now take my son to movers and crawlers and really enjoy Ashley Marks as an instructor, she does great with the kids!

It's always great going to the Buddha baby yoga classes with my baby! Ashley M always makes the class fun and entertaining for the babies and a bit of a workout for the moms! I'm excited to start attending the little movers and crawlers class!
