Frank took his time explained what he was doing, what he was a looking for, and informing me as a home owner what I should be looking for when it come to my homes HVAC system. “we called Family Heating and Cooling Saturday morning but they were booked up. they asked what the problem was and when we told them they squeezed us in. not only squeezed us in but arrived an hour and a half before they said they would. turned out our problem is a plumbing issue, which they don't do. but when most professional service providers like electricians charge a ton just to show up, Family H&C didn't. the whole service call only cost about $280 and that included installing a digital thermostat.“

My only problem was they told me that parts (they weren't needed at this time) were only covered under warranty if I had service done by the company that installed it. I told the tech that I called the manufacturer and was told warranty work can be done by any licensed company. I really prefer Williams Heating & Cooling, over the other company. So please don't give your customers false information.“
