One visit was a true emergency, one visit was planned, and one visit was due to my absolute stupidity.I called at noon today because I had ground up my diamond earrings in the garbage disposer. ( Don’t ask). The dispatcher was great—kind, considerate —and she said I was on the schedule for today.Tyler and Kirby arrived 2 hr later. They were meticulous. They looked thru every part of the disposer. Picked out little mangled pieces with needle nosed pliers. They then took the disposer to the truck and disassembled it. They were able to find one more diamond.After installing a new disposer at a good price, they tightened the screws on the cupboard door as they were leaving!These two young men were helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. “This company is fantastic. I had another company install a part that they said was bad, when the furnace stopped working less than 2 weeks they never called me back and wouldn’t answer my calls. Reckinger to the rescue. They came out same day checked my furnace and discovered it was leaking carbon monoxide, which is why furnace stopped working, they quoted me for new furnace came and put a temporary one in. The next day they installed my new furnace. Very nice people to deal with from office staff, sales person and of course the technician’s who came to my house.
