Beautiful cast iron stove! Tony was great getting stove ordered and installation set up. Alexis was amazing with keeping us informed and helping with anything we needed. Install team was courteous and knowledgeable. Great place to go if you’re looking for a cast iron stove or fireplace.
Technicians were courteous and respectful of my home. They used drop cloths and cleaned up debris before leaving. I had two gas fireplaces replaced and one cleaned. I had a problem with auto offl/on switch. Notified shoppe and they sent technician out within 10 minutest The problem was resolved. I would highly recommend them.
Had a wonderful experience working with Tony and Alexis to have a new gas fired insert installed in my masonry fireplace. Installers were in and out in quickly but were extremely considerate of our home.The unit itself is beautiful and functional, worth every penny.Thank you!
