We came home to an unexpected flood in our basement, and had to have emergency plumbing help at 2am. Trevor was amazing and super helpful he was here right away. He was able to help get everything situated, cleaned up, and tell us the issue quickly and efficiently! We appreciated him so much, and couldn’t have asked for anyone better to come help us! Would 100% recommend everyone to request him to come out to help them!
Called PauleysThey had a tech [Kevin] out in a half hour.We thought it was a clogged drain.KevinExplain that the pipe in the basement floor was clogged and couldn't clear.They would have to open the floor and replace the plpe.Kevin explained clearly what was needed step by step.Kevin did the job in a timely manner.Was a pleasure to have Kevin .Thanks Kevin
We were at a loss when we discovered our entire basement flooded late on a Friday afternoon so we called Pauley's. Matt and KJ were out that night to diagnose the problem, we had tree roots growing into our water and sewer lines. They spent 12 hours fixing the problem on a Saturday and cleaning up once the project was done. They were knowledgeable, professional and hard working. I would definitely recommend Pauley's and a shout out to Matt and KJ for helping us when we needed it most, even on a weekend.
