Highly recommend! My AC unit stopped working and I called JLH based on their reviews and proximity. I am very happy with their service and have their sticker on my furnace now for all future needs!Initially I left a message and I got a quick call back and an appointment window the same day. They called when they were on their way and were on time. David explained what they were checking and their pricing up front. They diagnosed my main problem and a secondary one and talked me through my options. I opted for both repairs and my AC was up and running when they left! My AC wasn't working, so I called for a new AC rate. David performed a diagnostic and got my AC up and running. He was nice, educated me on some things, and very professional. I look forward to calling back when it's time to replace my old unit.
