Have used this company for 2 houses in Madison Heights. Very pleased with the work done. When the inspector on 1 house claimed we weren't home (we were and waiting) for him to inspect the installation, the owner came by and made sure we got the second scheduled inspection. They helped us with the rebates and were pleasant and professional throughout. I would definitely suggest Hearthside for not only installation but also repair. They were quick and good with any repair work we had on old units.

My HVAC guy retired after 30 years. I called around and felt most comfortable with my discussion with Hearthside, so tried them out. They have helped me with numerous rooftop units over the past year and the technicians are friendly, fast, and fixed all the first time. Extremely happy I found a new service company. And thanks to the ladies in the office, always a pleasure.
