Extremely happy with the work of Bobby and James. They came to check out mold that appeared in our bedroom. They provided a number of useful ideas and suggestions (of why the mold appeared), went into the attic and fixed up some faulty ventilation links, and recommended further course of action that is both economical and efficient. I highly recommend these guys!

Bobby. is. amazing. I found him on Yelp, and when I called him his first words were "I can't help you because I am injured, but I can help you find a good alternative." He then spent the next 31 minutes on the phone with me (with no expectation of financial compensation of any kind) talking about what I was concerned about with the house we were looking at, where it was, when it was built, what the previous owners did to it, and tailored a list of specialists that he trusted in the areas that we had concerns. He truly loves his work, he is incredibly thorough, and you should call him now.

I found Bobby a year ago via Yelp. He did our home inspection and are extremely pleased with his work and his follow up. What I like about Bobby is he clear on who is customer is - you, the home buyer. His focus is on conducting a thorough and honest inspection versus caring about making a real estate agent happy to get referrals. Do not expect high tech software and high res photos in a fancy write up. Bobby is more about providing substance and a great knowledge base. I highly recommend him!!
