Patrick was very thorough and helpful. I felt like he focused his energy and efforts in the areas that were most important. I would use him again if I purchase another home in the future.

My wife and I were absolutely blown away by how thorough and informative our inspection was. Not only did Pat give detailed explanations with pictures and videos but also recommendations and suggestions on how to fix or make things better. We will be using him again in the future. This was money well spent!!!!

Dan was very knowledgeable, honest, efficient, courteous, and we were able to book an appointment with him on a weekend with only 24 hour notice. We received the detailed report same day, even though it was late evening by the point the job was finished. We will definitely be working with him again.
