Excellent! I wish I could give Patrick Lyons 10 stars. He was a godsend. My husband and I purchased a new construction nightmare. He discovered 3 pages of code violations that somehow the county building inspector missed. Some of which were fire and safety code violations. He was thorough and went above and beyond. He sent his report to the county inspector with photos and the actual code number of the violations. The county building inspector came back to my home, agreed with the findings and wrote a new report. Patrick Lyons was the only person with integrity we encountered during our new construction nightmare. We give him 10 stars!!!

Patrick is awesome! So thorough and really knows his stuff. He pointed out several things in our home that we would not have otherwise noticed, and he used an objective tone. He did not make the inspection feel like everything was urgent. He let us know what to prioritize now and what to replace/ update in the next 5-10 years. He is also a very funny and nice person which made the inspection an enjoyable and fun process. I would recommend Patrick to any home buyer in the Ann Arbor area!

We hired him twice. The most thorough inspector. He also educates the future home owner about how to repair future issues. He even education us about today code updates. Feeling so much more safer. We walking into the purchase of the condo with eyes wide open
