“I highly recommend 9round for a fun and challenging workout! The exercises are new every day and chosen for you (explained by a trainer if needed) so it really takes away the mental labor required to choose a workout plan on your own. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and kind, they really helped to keep me motivated. As a newbie I learned proper form for many exercises, now that I've moved away I rely on those skills to work out on my own. The only downside to 9round is that it is a high impact exercise, so if you have joint problems it might not be the best fit. But I went 5-6x per week for 6+ months and never had joint pain, so it works for some of us.The gym environment and owners are very welcoming to everyone. Overall it's a wonderful healthy space to work out in!“

“Love it. This gym has everything, strength, cardio, boxing bags, heavy lifting, pilates, peloton, everything. Best thing I liked about it is, classes that it provides. You can join any yoga/pilates/zumba/cycling all sort of classes, no other charges. Plus it has sauna bath. You would see people of all ages. Its open everyday. It provides two type of membership one is approx 10$ cheaper per month, it suitable if you are late evening goer.“
