She fixed my glasses without charge (they were so off balance), even though I didn't purchase them there. “Stopped in yesterday because my frames had a torn silicon nose pad. Even though I didn't purchase the frames from this location they offered to service my frames. They didn't have an exact matching replacement so they replaced both pads at no charge. Then they noticed the frames weren't properly sitting on my face so they adjusted the fit as well. Could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about fitting frames. Looks like a really nice selection of frames as well.“
