She fixed my glasses without charge (they were so off balance), even though I didn't purchase them there. Next time I go, I plan to purchase a pair of glasses!“

“Stopped in yesterday because my frames had a torn silicon nose pad. Even though I didn't purchase the frames from this location they offered to service my frames. They didn't have an exact matching replacement so they replaced both pads at no charge. Then they noticed the frames weren't properly sitting on my face so they adjusted the fit as well. Could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about fitting frames. Looks like a really nice selection of frames as well.“

“I was a little worried when I first walked in because there was not any one else there but that thought quickly changed! They came right up to me and introduced themselves and made me feel right at home! The atmosphere was was buzzing with “positivity “! and even asked if they could help me with my bags (I’m on oxygen and have to tote around a portable and I walk with a cane)! They addressed all my concerns! They were very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand! The office was quite organized and totally clean! They seem genuinely concerned about the well being of their patients! It’s very frustrating and difficult to find any doctors in any field or their staff that care about the needs of their patients! Not like back in my younger days! It’s sad but true! I have already begun to refer my friends to them! They are def my new eye dr! ?“
