Very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I went I. To fix my kids' glasses and they knew how to take care of the issue and even offered some alternative solutions. The team is great. Ron is AMAZING! Ask for RON and Wilda.
I cannot speak highly enough of this Optical site! My son and I have been going here since my son was 6 and now he is 14. They are so family friendly and always in good humor and it is clear it is a great atmosphere to work. They all go far out of their way to help! And just the other day, when we were running late to pick up Calder’s latest pair ( that turn into sunglasses!), Brenda said she would stay a bit late so ensure he had them for Monday morning! ? The best customer service! They really do care!
It’s always a very nice experience. From the exam with the doctor to the folks who help you choose and order your glasses plus it has always been a fast turnaround, and my glasses have been reasonably priced. Shout out to Jenny and Ron for their friendly and knowledgeable help.
