I adore Professional Vision. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I know we live in the cut rate Era of Eyewear. If you want Uniqueness in your Eyewear, treat yourself to this amazing service.
The staff were very pleasant. The team was immediately ready to service me upon entering. I didn’t have any wait time. The eye doctor was very engaging during the exam. Afterwards, the doctor and I had a disagreement regarding the reason for my visit. I explained my reasons for the visit but he didn’t hear me. Instead of acknowledging the missed communication, he continued to go back and forth with me a couple times. In the end, we agreed to disagree about what was said during our meeting. We were able to move on and address my reasoning for the visit.
Thank you!!! Had a very scary incident of sudden flashing in my right eye. I called professional vision first thing on a Saturday and they said come right in. The doctor was fantastic and did a VERY thorough exam (all is okay!).I do see them for regular eye visits, they have always been great
