Vicki seems to be knowledgeable and has helped my debilitating ankle with the manual work she has provided along with the massaging device. Matt has also been awesome with providing good care as well, his manual work and loosening tissue has also helped a lot.2. Clean facility3. The staff that provides good care post PT4. Friendly receptionist5. Easy to set up future appointment“

“All staff was very attentive. I was not expecting an ultrasound of my legs, but definitely felt they were very thorough and careful. I received many reminders via email, text and phone (TOO many, really) and checked in several times via email & phone app with my insurance info, driver’s license, next of kin, etc. At the office, they said I could just do all that at the time of check in (?!?). But again, thorough and redundant is better than the alternative! I’m looking forward to getting treatment in two weeks and feel their pricing is comparable to what I’ve paid in the past. (And THAT was the best surprise of all!) The office was professional looking and pleasant, and the validated parking another nice surprise.“

“Had to go for my procedure with Capital Digestive at this location. It's convenient with plenty of parking. The center is on the 4th floor and check-in and waiting is as you enter. Front staff was ok. I'm finding front office staff at most medical facilities are just ok these days. Definitely no warm fuzzies that give you any reassurance about having a procedure done. Would have been nice to have at least a "how are you doing today?" before the "ID and insurance card" request. The nursing staff that takes you back are much friendlier. The nurses that I had were kind and informative. They made sure I was comfortable. You're kind of stuck with where to go when your doctor selects the facility to have your procedure. I'm sure I'll be back at FGEC again.“
“Dr. Prussick and his team are kind, compassionate and highly knowledgeable. Dr. Prussick took extra time to thoroughly explain his diagnosis and treatment plan and was conscientious about making sure I left with a clear understanding of the post procedure care and expectations. I highly recommend this dermatology practice. There is warm positive energy coming from each and every staff member that radiates the message, “We care about you.” This is a rarity in today’s healthcare system.“
“My wife, daughter and I have been seeing Dr’s Seem and Kalra for a number of years. They are very good, but not perfect. I had high cholesterol and Dr. Seem was “direct” in his opinion, either vegan diet or statins. He has a very “direct” way of communicating and as a patient of his, you have to understand his motivation. He has strong convictions and cares about his patients… and he does not have much free time… so he gets to the point quickly. I have been vegan for a while now and my cholesterol dropped a lot. My wife is on the Keto diet, she loves Dr. Kalra. They do have strong beliefs about vegan diet, but also accept that my wife prefers keto.The staff is great, wait times are short, I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice.My only complaint is that Dr. Seem can be a little “direct”, but they really do a great job and provide outstanding care.They are our PCP doc’s.“
“I can’t say enough AMAZING things about this practice. I have never felt so seen and validated. Dr. Ashley Beall and Jenny Lee were absolutely wonderful. They spent over an hour with me during my first appointment. When they gave me a diagnosis I had to hold back tears because it was the first time a doctor ever took the time to really listen to me about what I already knew and felt in my body. I can’t recommend them enough! I am so grateful I was able to come here. I genuinely wish more healthcare practices were ran like this and were as detailed as Dr. Beall and Jenny Lee. For the first time in over 15 years, I finally feel hopeful again because of this place.“
