My wife, daughter and I have been seeing Dr’s Seem and Kalra for a number of years. They are very good, but not perfect. I had high cholesterol and Dr. Seem was “direct” in his opinion, either vegan diet or statins. He has a very “direct” way of communicating and as a patient of his, you have to understand his motivation. He has strong convictions and cares about his patients… and he does not have much free time… so he gets to the point quickly. I have been vegan for a while now and my cholesterol dropped a lot. I have been seeing Dr. Seem for years. He has always recommended a plant-based diet for overall health and I had never made the switch until last year during my previous appointment. I decided to try it going forward and after a year on it, I have dropped over 20 pounds from my highest weight and dropped my high cholesterol to normal levels. I plan to continue my lifestyle change and hope to see more benefits. Dr. Seem is attentive and a wealth of information!

Dr. Seem is very knowledgeable how a patient can care for themselves preventing future illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc. The regular ailments that we hear about in our daily lives. He educated me on maintaining a diet consisting of plant-based foods, regular exercise, and proper weight management. He will advocate how to be preventive instead of reactive to illnesses.
