Had to go for my procedure with Capital Digestive at this location. It's convenient with plenty of parking. The center is on the 4th floor and check-in and waiting is as you enter. Front staff was ok. I'm finding front office staff at most medical facilities are just ok these days. Definitely no warm fuzzies that give you any reassurance about having a procedure done. Would have been nice to have at least a "how are you doing today?" before the "ID and insurance card" request. The nursing staff that takes you back are much friendlier. Really impressed with all of the employees here. Miriam had such a calming disposition and answered all of my questions, which really eased my anxiety about my procedures.I appreciated that every nurse I saw checked my wristband and allergies; such a small quality check but it gave me confidence that other quality measures were also being followed. Additionally, the staff were all so kind and warm to each other just in passing, it really speaks highly of the work environment.Highly recommend!

In a three year period, I underwnt two colonoscopies at this facility, the most recent being yesterday. Brian Ciampa, MD performed both. I give him the highest recommendation for his patient-friendly manner and his technical expertise. Should I need any further similar care, I will want to have it here and, hopefully, with Dr Ciampa.
