All staff was very attentive. I was not expecting an ultrasound of my legs, but definitely felt they were very thorough and careful. I received many reminders via email, text and phone (TOO many, really) and checked in several times via email & phone app with my insurance info, driver’s license, next of kin, etc. At the office, they said I could just do all that at the time of check in (?!?). But again, thorough and redundant is better than the alternative! I’m looking forward to getting treatment in two weeks and feel their pricing is comparable to what I’ve paid in the past. Dr. Eddie Fernández and his team were absolutely amazing. Dr. Fernandez safely and effectively performed Radiofrequency Ablation on my 95 year old mom’s leg. Besides being the best in the area, and in his field, the doctor’s bedside manner, understanding and compassionate side puts him in a league of his own. I am happy that Dr. Fernandez is now on the team of doctors I have assembled in helping me keep my mom healthy??

Dr. Mary Ella Carter spoke very highly of Dr. Eddie Fernandez, and assured me I would like him, and she made sure that he would see me. I sat a normal length of time in the (very bare) waiting room before my name was called. I wondered at first why this young woman was examining my veins, but decided this technician knew her stuff. I thought she needed 3 hands to do what she was doing. She was amazing to watch, as was the screen showing the inside of my legs. Next I saw nurse who took my vitals, and I began to wonder when I'd see the doctor, but she also seemed to know what she was doing.
