The problem was that water was seeping through from under the flooring and down the stairs whenever it rained. Previous contractors had incorrectly suggested that the issue was with the balcony door.Shawn and his team provided a comprehensive explanation of the root cause and took a thorough approach to resolve it. They removed the damaged flooring, waterproofed the balcony door, and even assisted with moving furniture around during the process. Despite their initial efforts, the issue persisted, but they didn't give up. They took out all the wet materials, such as carpets, and conducted moisture meter checks to ensure that everything was accounted for. The team was also helpful in identifying which of our belongings needed to be thrown out, and they disposed of all the debris.
