I manage rental properties, and when my regular contractor wasn't available I had to turn to HomeAdvisor to find someone local and trusted. Superior Restoration had stellar reviews. So, I gave them a call. Glad I did, they were affordable and efficient. Been using them regularly for about a year now and I trust in their work. Whether it's paint job, minor repairs, or mold remediation, they are always my first call.
Thank you SDR! We had a mysterious and difficult to find leak from the rain in our 4-level townhouse. The team came back four separate times (two of which were to do work outside in the pouring rain) to investigate and repair the problem. They were determined to find the solution. The project manager was detailed and data driven. The crew was friendly and hard working. We will certainly use them again in the future.
SDR did excellent renovation work in our basement. They upgraded a half bathroom to full, changed flooring, moved pipes, improved walls, among other things. They were professional, responsive, timely, and offered fair pricing. I highly recommend their services!
