It buckled, blackened and turned into an unsightly trip-and-fall hazard. Your amazing team removed and replaced the damaged tiles, then your second amazing team sanded and refinished the area with three finishing coats, including the floor of the contiguous hall and dining area, so they match in color, size and spacing - it looks fantastic.
