We called our Insurance company and they suggested Intrepid Restoration because we also had an asbestos issue with the original floor. “I had the pleasure to work with Damien. The job scope was to wood wrap with aluminum coil stock on the rear of my townhouse. The first crew did a messy job as there was excessive caulking spots and not laying the material correctly which as a result, caused a wavy appearance. I quickly addressed the issue to Damien and he assured me he will take care of it without hesitation. Couple weeks later ( due to shortage of material ) he sent out another crew and they tore down the old job and redid everything. It looks MUCH better now. They took out all the wet materials, such as carpets, and conducted moisture meter checks to ensure that everything was accounted for. The team was also helpful in identifying which of our belongings needed to be thrown out, and they disposed of all the debris.
